If your transaction is taking longer than usual, it’s likely due to connectivity issues with your account or your wallet provider. Here are some ways you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Make sure your transaction is being processed

If there is high demand on the blockchain, it could take more time to complete a transaction than anticipated. Try looking up your transaction by going into your wallet and reviewing your list of pending transactions. If you see that your transaction is “pending”, then it’s likely just taking additional processing time.

2. Connect to the right MetaMask network

Make sure to add the right RPC network to your MetaMask account. Below are the details you'll need to add a new network:

New RPC URL:

Choose from any three of the recommended URLs above or visit Binance for the full list of RPC URLs under the “Backup” section.

ChainID: 56

3. Reset your MetaMask wallet

Before resetting your MetaMask wallet, make sure you have your password, seed phrase and private keys noted down safely.

  1. Click on the MetaMask logo on the top right of your browser

  2. Click on the profile image on the top right corner of the MetaMask extension and click on “Settings”

  3. In the settings menu, click on “Advanced”

  4. Scroll down and click on “Reset Account”

  5. Click on “Reset”

4. Log out and log back into your Refinable account

30% of the time when Refinable isn't acting like how you expect it to, it's likely due to a login issue. Logging out, refreshing your browser, and then logging back in is a good first thing to try.
